Today I had my first (proper) outing with the camera. I had three loacations in mind, two of them coastal and the other was inland at the Roman Wall. I desided to head inland for a change but later regretted that desision as the sky was devoid of any cloud overhead unlike the coast whish was getting a fantastic show of colour. Another thing that was lacking was any sence of inspiration. The wall was just not floating my photographic boat. I found an outcrop of rock nearby and desided to use that as a forground with the wall spanning the middle distance. My fingers were so cold I couldn't feel anything I was touching, so I headed home for hot coffee. Hopefully inspiration will return in the coming months after the gloomy thought of getting back to my regular day job subside...
