Today I headed to Blyth Beach in search of a sunrise but with the thick grey cloud looming above, it was always set to be a no show. However, that didn't mean that an image was impossible. Sometimes its hard to find something interesting for the foreground of a photo, especially on a beach like this, just sand. With this knowledge I decided to bring along a prop. In this case, it was the antler of a deer that I have had in my garden for years. Bringing props to such a shoot isn't something I have done before but I think it paid off this time. Hope you think so too.
