Its been a good while since my last post, so I thought I should get out and about with the camera and try and get something worth posting! Last week while at my cousins wedding I noticed some hay bales in a field opposite the wedding venue and thought it would be good to get a photo of them and the trees before the farmer clears the field. So I made the short journey yesterday evening but even though I was there an hour before sunset, the sun had already went below the tree line and the field was in full shadow. So, off I ventured again this evening but made a point of getting there 45 minutes earlier and it paid off as the sun shone lovely warm light across the field. The hard part was trying to find a good composition to result in an image that worked as the bales were spread thinly around the field. This image was one of the last I took and strangely is one of my favourites of the shoot. The sun was just about to disappear behind a bank of cloud before it even got anywhere near those trees and I managed to capture the last rays as it dulled out. It may not be the best image I have ever taken but its still worthy of showing it to you. Hope you think so too. Thanks for looking people.
