Jack Rabbit Rally Chase the Bull 2015
Its 7am on a cold,grey, misty Saturday morning and I’m standing in a carpark by the sea. Until late last night, the location has been a closely kept secret from myself and the others in the loop and we were still at this point sworn to secrecy until its all over. This is the starting point in a 325 mile journey taking in the lake district and and north Yorkshire before returning to where it started. This is the Jack Rabbit Rally, Chase the Bull. 40 cars ‘chasing’ a red, Lamborghini Countach across the English countryside. I was privileged to have been invited to photograph the event but unfortunately I was unable to make the full journey with them on this occasion. My job was to try and capture the cars as they gathered before setting off on this epic adventure. These are the resulting images. Apologies to anyone I missed during the event.
